1 box pasta (elbows, shells, etc)
2 regular-size tomatoes (or 4 plum tomatoes)
At least 8 sweet pickles
1 can sweet corn
1/2 onion (optional)
2 cans tuna fish (optional)
Cook pasta. Drain and run cold water over until pasta is cool. Place in bowl. Boil eggs for 10 minutes. Take out of shells and cut up. Add to bowl. Cut up tomatoes, cucumber and pickles and add to bowl. Open can of sweet cord and drain of water. Add to bowl. Add mayonnaise (best if added right before serving).
**Mom and I always make enough macaroni salad to feed an army (which Greg teases me about every time I make some). So, keep that in mind and cut down ingredients accordingly if you want to make a smaller salad. I don’t usually put onion or tuna fish in my salad, but some people like it.
