12 oz. spaghetti (uncooked)
1 lb. ground beef
2-1/2 cups spaghetti sauce
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
Cook pasta according to package directions. Rinse, drain and return to pot. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cook ground beef in a large skillet. Drain. Add spaghetti sauce and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10-15 minutes to blend flavors. Combine meat mixture with pasta. Spoon half of the pasta in a sprayed 13″ x 9″ baking dish. Top with half of the cheese. Add remaining pasta. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 20-30 minutes or until heated through. 12 servings.
