Recipe: Tuna and Noodles

Standard

Ingredients:

1 bag wide egg noodles

1 can mushroom stems and caps

1 can peas (or use frozen)

2 cans tuna fish

1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions:

Cook the pasta per instructions on the package. Drain water from pan. Drain water from mushroom can, pea can and tuna fish cans. Add all three can contents to pasta in pan (if using frozen peas, thaw and cook before adding) . Add can of mushroom soup and mix until thoroughly coated.

Notes:

Best served with apple sauce of a side toss salad.
