4 chicken thighs
4 tbsp. butter, divided
Melt 2 tbsp. of butter in a pan. Rub minced garlic on each chicken thigh’s skin. Pour 2 tbsp. of the butter evenly over the thighs. sprinkle poultry seasoning over each thigh (the butter makes the seasoning stick better). Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes and then broil 4-7 minutes until skin is browned.
